ARRIVAL
ALL DANCERS Arrive 10 minutes before classes start to warm up and be ready to go. All classes start and end on time.
NEW DANCERS You will need to sign a quick waiver when you arrive for your first class!
ADDITIONAL PARKING is available in the lot next to the building.
DOORS to the studios are locked during classes. If the door is locked, you have arrived late and will NOT be permitted into the studio. Please do not knock, as it is disruptive to class already in progress.
ATTIRE & SHOES
Dress in comfortable workout wear or dance attire. Keep hair off of the face. Grip socks sold at studio for $10. Yoga mats available (limited supply) to borrow.
· BALLET Ballet Slippers required. We allow grip socks if you are new to ballet and have not purchased slippers yet. We recommend Bloch or Capezio, any color, split soled canvas shoes.
· POINTE Tights or tight leggings required to allow the instructor to see knee and ankle alignment. Email us for placement info & shoe requirements.
· DANCER CONDITIONING & BARRE Bring a yoga mat if you have one. 1-3# hand weights and resistance balls provided or bring your own. Bare feet or grip socks.
· PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Large physioballs provided or you can bring your own. Bare feet or grip socks.
· STRETCH Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Bare feet or grip socks.
· JAZZ/LYRICAL Bare feet, grip socks, jazz shoes, or half-soles.
· MODERN/CONTEMPORARY Bare feet or grip socks.
· THEATRE JAZZ Bare feet, grip socks, jazz shoes, half-soles or heels.
· HEELS/BURLESQUE Dress comfortable or sassy. Dance heels with good grips are option. Props are provided if used.
· FLOOREOGRAPHY Dress comfortable in layers (or sassy if you prefer), knee pads optional and must be obtained on your own. Your choice to wear heels, bare feet or grip socks.
· VIDEO/POP STYLES Clean street shoes NOT worn outside, or barefoot/grip socks, comfortable clothes.
· HIP HOP FITNESS Clean street shoes NOT worn outside, or barefoot/grip socks, comfortable clothes.
· TAP Tap shoes required. We recommend Bloch or Capezio, black, split soled shoes.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
· BEGINNER SERIES missed classes do not have the ability to be rescheduled or refunded. No refunds after purchase. Makeups are not available at this time. Medical hold accepted with a physician statement.
· STUDIO MEMBERSHIPS renew monthly. You can upgrade at any time with communication to a team member. Unused classes rollover month to month with an active membership. You must e-mail us 10 days BEFORE your next renewal to cancel or downgrade your membership. Once membership is cancelled (you stop your monthly membership fee) any unused credits are forfeited.
· Annual membership fee is $35 for all Studio Members. This is due once a year.
· 12 HOUR CANCELLATION for all Studio Membership classes. To cancel, log into your StudioBookings account or contact us 12 hours BEFORE your class start time. Failure to do so, or no shows, will result in forfeit of credit – no exceptions.
· SCHEDULING is done through the STUDIOBOOKINGS App or Website. We encourage using the App – ask us for help in person at your next class! You can also contact us directly to help you with your booking (call, text or email).
