Pre/Postnatal Stretch + Tone

Introducing our (4) week series for new and expecting mamas! An opportunity to stretch and lightly tone your musclesto enhance the experience of pregnancy and to safely rebuild the body postpartum.

Gentle barre class designed with modifications and safety in mind for the pregnant and postpartum body. Exercises to facilitate an easier delivery and recovery!

Prenatal: Appropriate for all 3 trimesters of pregnancy as modifications are thoughtfully given throughout the series. Postnatal: You must be at least 6 weeks or more postpartum to participate or with doctor clearance.

Session: January 6, 13, 20, 27

Time: Thursdays, Noon – 1pm

Bring: Yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing, take class in grip socks or barefoot
