      Meet the owner, Amanda!

She is an actively practicing Physical Therapist in Massachusetts with her Doctrate, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, is certified to instruct Balance Body Barre, and is completing her Polestar Rehab-based Pilates hours.

She attended the University of Buffalo in New York for her degrees and has been traveling across the country the past few years for residency and clinical work including: Chicago, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Philadelphia, PA; Newport News, VA; and Worcester, MA.  She is currently living in Princeton with her husband, dog, and two cats.

She has easily 15+ years experience as a dance teacher including classes from beginner to advanced, 5-years-old to adult level.  Her favorite style is ballet as she feels it teaches discipline, the fundamentals of movement for repertoire classes, and gives grace and coordination.  She is also skilled to teach contemporary/lyrical, modern, jazz, tap, and pointe.

Amanda would ultimately like to create an adult dance company to provide performance opportunities for professional and semi-professional dancers.  She would like to grow the arts in the town of West Boylston!  She looks forward to meeting you and helping you meet your fitness and artistic needs.
